Monday, Monday

The piano tuner is a new visitor and particiapnt to our celebration. What would our home be
without a well tuned piano. 2 hours plus of note striking and wrench wielding has created an
instrument now suitable for our friends.

In addition to our musical instruments, Laurie has now acquired a leg tan and possibly her last mani pedi before the big day. So hard to catch rays in Newport.

Robere has secured a new haircut, a stylish one I am told and one without the use of a bowl, for the first time during Laurie's courtship with this fellow. There may have been some gray reduction but I can't say for sure.

Jessica started her day somewhat early, not quite ready for her full day of choreagraphy camp for cheer. Her last concern before being front and center at the wedding is to find new shoes. She and Laurie are on the hunt.

One Week And Counting

It is exactly 7 days to the hour until the guests will be arriving at Casa Diamante in Newport Coast, CA to witness the latest marriage of Laurie Hudson, Platinum Queen and Jewelry Maven.

The lucky gentleman is known as Robere, a tall handsome sort, from Santa Monica.
The bride will wear a beautiful Reem Acra gown. Today's exciting tasks to this great event were stocking of the wine and spirits as well as stocking up on propane for the unlikely need foir space heating.

One of the most perplexing items so far has been the mysteriously chosen attire description of "Mid-Summer Festive." The closest guess to what this could mean will win fabulous parting gifts. Please come back to see how this week will go.
